Prepaid Legal Leads - Three Choices, Which One Is Optimal?

Prepaid Legal leads can make the distinction between a favorable outcome and defeat in your small business. But, not all leads are born equal.

Whether you determine to buy leads or get your own, there are 3 main "archetypes" or categories that you'll find useful in growing your Prepaid Legal business:

1. Likely customers. These prospects are interested in one of your products or services. If happy, they may be gingerly introduced to your business with moderate success. But, they didn't begin with an interest in making a profit, and they're going to need a lot of coaching.

2. Opportunity seekers. These prospects are looking for a way to make money. They may or may not be serious, that's for you to ascertain. Also, they may or may not have specific interest in MLM or Pre-Paid Legal Services. Your task will be to find the genuine ones, allay their objections and guide them into your opportunity.

3. Active network marketers. These individuals are already in an opportunity, and seeking leadership in how to be successful. They aren't in Prepaid Legal, but you know two very critical things about them: 1) they like the idea of multi-level marketing, and 2) they've proven it with their money by joining a program.

The best prepaid legal leads are those in the last group: active MLMers.

Why?

Well, as discussed above, you are sure they have an interest in making hard cash with MLM. You aren't going to hear them ask, "Is this one of those pyramid schemes?" and other such ludicrous questions. They're past that; they know better.

They also understand the industry better than someone who's never been in MLM. So, once they sign up to your organization and get trained, they'll yield results much faster (and with less training) than a normal person.

Lastly, they likely know other active MLMers: their sponsor, front line, and even cross-line representatives they ran into at their company conference. These are the kind of people you want as a Prepaid Legal Associate in your downline.

They're in a program, though, and not necessarily looking to get started in something else. It's your job to softly, and with utmost care, pique their curiosity without setting off any landmines.

The best way to do this is to lead with an offer that benefits them in their existing organization... something not even related to your business. Something generic, like advertising tools or coaching.

Win their trust, and make evident your worth to them by helping them move forward with their existing opportunity. Show them that, unlike their existing advisor, you are teaching them things that produce results. But make it crystal clear that the only people who get your full focus are the people contributing to your own success.

At that time, getting started with your team will be the next logical move.

In summary, you can pursue potential customers, you can pursue opportunity seekers, or you can pursue active multi-level marketers. Of the three, active MLMers have the utmost potential to explode your group with the least effort. Focus your energies there, and your paycheck will be transformed.
